The tragedy of Kampung Rimba Jaya clearly show that the last so-called "Squatters" in Selangor vanished under the brutal policy of " zero squatters", brainchild of Khir the teeth puller..

It is a series of "systematic war", coalition between the authority - whom participated with Capitalist, Developer, Landowner and Opportunist - to oust the " peneroka miskin " whom had live there for more than 50 years .. Only god know the magnamous abuse of power and treason committed by the " Kaduk naik junjung "..

Prevention is the mother of all cure..We must fight against corruption! Lawan tetap lawan! ( I believe in you Anwar Ibrahim and always will) We must fight the greeds of the Guvn'r and his cronies to the grave..

Sunshine will never sets again in the vicinity of kg Rimba Jaya,,All i had left..were this stinking memory of corruption and assertion of sheer devilish force..and imagination of 270 house burned down and smash to smithereens..

This village is once tranquil..now its only exist in my thought..

The same ordeal goes to Kampung Sri Kenangan, Kampung Papan, Kampung Fajar, Kampung Dato Harun, Kampung Chupadak, Kampung Spooner, Kampung KTM, Kampung DBI, Kampung Sungai Siput , Kampung Berembang (Ulu Klang), Kampung Temenggung (Gombak), Kampung Papan (Pelabuhan Klang) dan Kampung Saujana (Shah Alam).

So long as a king is not true to his command, word, and promise, he cannot function politically..

Tsunami at kampung Rimba Jaya

One of Selangor's oldest and largest squatter settlements, Kampung Rimba Jaya in Shah Alam, had been completely cleared to make way for a mixed development project. There was no court order to demolish the surau or the temple, the police source told us that the order was from the Menteri Besar (Mohd Khir Toyo).

This was only achieved following a two-year court battle with a group of 270 families who have refused to vacate their squatter houses even after more than 900 others had done so.Currently the notorious Essential (Clearance of squatters) Regulations 1969 is used rampantly to demolish and evict settlers. These Emergency law is used as it is easy to execute and give little chance to the settlers to fight back legally.

The offer to the urban pioneers was made by the developer on 14 August 2003. Suddenly, the State Exco directs the MBSA on 7 October 2003 to demolish the houses. Which means that a space of less than two months after the offer was made, the landowner would have made an application to the local council or the SUK requesting it to demolish the houses.

On 6th. March 2007, 11 houses were demolished by the local authority(MBSA) in Rimba Jaya using this Act with the help from the police, FRU, MPPJ, MPK personnel and under the instruction from the Selangor Menteri Besar in spite a court of appeal case pending the next day. The settlers subsequently lost their case in Appeals Court under a 2-1 verdict and then appealed to the Federal Court which heard the case on 14th. Mac 2007.

ON 28 March 2007 ,in a surprising unanimous decision, the Federal Court at Putrajaya allowed leave to Rimba Jaya settlers in their suit against MBSA. The court felt that there is an issue of law which need to be resolved.The Federal Court agreed that there is an issue of whether Regulation 10, Essential (Clearance of squatters) Regulations 1969 is subject to and inconsistent with the provisions of Street, Drainage and Building Act, 1974 and Town and Country Planning Act 1976. 1969 regulation was meant to be executed under Emergency conditions and was thus not relevant under current conditions .

Prime media (TV3 etc) is not giving much coverage about this issue except some interviews with Samy Vellu who finally speak up about temple demolition, which came a bit too late and with dubious intention of fearing a slash back by Indian voters in coming election, and it proove costly for Sammy as he lost his seat in Sungai Siput.

30 November 2007;I must admit that this Kampung Rimba Jaya is a national birthplace for HINDRAF..How courageous ! I witnessed it firsthand! they were fighting against the "iron fist" and "SS Gestapo" who always wanted to demolish their temple including Kampung Rimba Jaya itself but to no avail. In the fracas, Hindus and Malays residents were badly injured, arrested and had their homes smashed to smithereens. Two of them, a 50-year old woman and a 16-year old boy suffered very serious injuries. Their clothes were soaked with their own blood.Four lawyers who attempted to assist the people at the police station lodge reports against the state government and relevant authorities were themselves physically abused by the police and then held in custody together with the detained residents. One of them was pushed to the ground, stepped on a policeman who pointed a submachine gun at him.Fifteen residents were also arrested and detained at the Shah Alam Section 11 police station.

..roughly 25-40 SPM examination candidate lost the roof over their head, revision book, school uniform +++

..270 Families lost their home with just a "notice "from MBSA (not a court order!) while waiting for Federal Court appeal..

The Return of a Child to the womb of the mother.

Pictures of the residents of my beloved village of Kampung Rimba Jaya - including women and children - vehement stand against the local authorities flooded my mind like nightmarish scenes of the slaughter of Palestinian in many refugee camps, mainly Jenin, Nablus, Shabra and Shatilla; have we as Malaysians come to that?

For the families who have been living there for more than 50 years, the "SS Gestapo" only give them less than 2 days to vacate or face the consequences. In the end, over 300 houses, a Surau which serve rougly about 3000 muslim devoteees, a 100-year-old temple have been levelled to the ground by the authorities. Even the presence of former MIC president S Samy Vellu could not save the houses and the temple.Not to mention that before this "carnage"rougly about 800 houses had also smash to smithereens..!

Kg Rimba Jaya is massive..It is located between Kg Padang Jawa and Sungai Rasa,Klang..this village is Vast!..strecthing as far as my eyes can see..from one side to the other..It is not a squatter for crying out loud!..This hidden village has its own story and tales to be told..This Village is similar to Vatican City in Land dimension. ( i.e.250Ha )..No wonder that Hinderer of the good, transgressor, Oppressor, The Guv'nor and the opportunist were licking their lips for profit... and Lo! in the love of wealth they were violent..my village is worth like a goldmine! its strategic location between Klang and Shah Alam (i.e. border) had increased its land value..furthermore this area is booming with mixed property development..UITM and the new face of Section 7..

I knew my own Kampung like the back of my hand..

and I love my Kampung very much..

and I very much like to see the people who took my village away from me..

suffer the wrath of god..

Something about Khir

He( Khir toyo) was a different person 20 years ago. Or maybe the person I knew back then didn't show his true color.Then, he was a poor student trying to achieve his dream of becoming a dentist. To have a better life than his parents'. Suddenly, they bestowed him the power that he never dreamed of. He came the supremo, numero uno of the state.He became the Don. The God Father. And with the power he had, he forgot the ppl who were like him 20 years ago. Ppl who struggle for a decent living. Yes, power does change ppl. He willingly became the victim of power. from pulling your teeth to pulling the wools over your eyes. I believe The villagers of Rimba Jaya has a Personal Vandetta towards Khir toyo! Now that he had lost the CM title.. I can't wait for the moment that somebody will prosecute him for various corruption under his tenure as Chief Minister for Selangor..Please! somebody do something..

By the way did anybody notice that Khir poyo had a nose job? Take a closer look..It is not a "Tempe " effect..yeah...exactly!

Some Selangor State Exco ( Dato Mokhtar Dahalan (this man too, lost his position at Kota Damansara) and ++) is behind Kg Rimba Jaya Demolition, probably in coalition with some Developers ( Khidmat Tulen Sdn Bhd etc..) eagerly waiting to get hold of the land.

And many more High Class corruption.

Cause and effect

As a true muslim believer I am relieved to hear a remarkable story of the true justice and punishment about Pak "Dozy" in Padang mahsyar..from the tounge of one wise man that I believe to be waliullah..allahuakbar..Nevertheless..it is with my best interest to find another victims of greed in this world..to share the story..the story of defiance against the face of oppressors..be it Palestine or whereever on this planet..
